These Terms of Use govern the use of the email and related services (the "Service") provided by MC Grup Toptan Gıda Teknoloji San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the "Provider") through imail.com.tr. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of the Service
The Service covers the provision of mailboxes, email setup on customers' own domains for business customers (including SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and the related management panels. Service features may be improved without prior notice.
2. Account and Security
You are responsible for the security of your account, the confidentiality of your password and all activity carried out under your account. If you notice unauthorised use, you must inform us immediately.
3. Acceptable Use
The Service may not be used for spam or bulk unsolicited email, phishing, distributing malware, hosting unlawful content or any activity that infringes the rights of third parties. Accounts or domains breaching these rules may be suspended or closed.
4. Fees
Business plans are billed at the price and for the period (monthly/yearly) stated at the time of purchase. Your subscription starts once payment is confirmed. Service may be suspended for subscriptions that are not renewed at the end of the term.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, design and brand elements of the Service belong to the Provider. The content and data that belong to you remain your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure, third-party infrastructure outages or user error. We recommend keeping your own backups of important data.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service in the event of a breach of these terms.
8. Changes and Governing Law
These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the competent courts and enforcement offices are those of the Provider's place of business.
