2. Personal Data Processed
Identity and contact details (full name, email, phone, company), customer transaction details (orders, subscriptions, domains) and transaction security details (IP address, session records).
3. Purposes of Processing
Providing the service and performing the contract, managing accounts and subscriptions, billing, ensuring security and meeting legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed on the grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5).
5. Transfers
Data may be transferred, in accordance with the legislation, to the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service and to legally authorised public authorities.
AI features and transfers abroad: the optional AI features (email translation, reply assistant) are off by default and become available only if you give explicit consent by turning on the switch under Settings > AI. Your consent is recorded in your account together with the date and time it was given; you can withdraw it from the same switch at any time. Even after you have given consent, content is transferred to the AI service provider abroad (Google Gemini or NVIDIA) only when you trigger the feature, only for the content subject to that operation, solely so the operation can be carried out, and on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 9). No such transfer takes place while the switch is off or when you do not use the feature. This consent is not a precondition for using the service; if you do not give it, you continue to enjoy the email service in full.
6. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damages.
