🔐 End-to-end encryption
Only people with the password can read it
Lock an important email with a password. It is encrypted before it ever leaves your device, so imail servers see neither your password nor the message. The recipient opens it in their own browser with the password you shared.
- Zero-knowledge: the password and plain text never reach the server
- Encryption and decryption happen on your device (AES-256)
- The recipient needs no imail account — a link and the password are enough
- Send encrypted from web, Android and iOS
Share the password through a separate channel (a phone call, for example). The message opens only with the correct password; if you lose it, the content cannot be recovered.
