Buyer: the business customer purchasing the Service (the details given during the order apply).
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the email service plan ordered electronically by the Buyer through imail.com.tr.
3. Product/Service and Price
The name, scope (number of mailboxes, quota, number of domains), term and price of the purchased plan are stated in the order summary and in the customer panel. Taxes on prices are applied in accordance with the legislation in force.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the method offered during the order (bank transfer/EFT). The service is activated once the Seller confirms the payment.
5. Delivery
The service is delivered digitally after payment is approved, through domain verification and mailbox setup steps. Delivery time may vary depending on how quickly the Buyer completes the domain DNS settings.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form (digital content/services) once performance has begun with the Buyer's approval. If the service has not yet been activated, cancellation and refund are assessed upon request.
7. Dispute Resolution
The Buyer may send complaints and objections to the contact channels above. For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
